I am Claudia-Maria Munteanu, holding the position of Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at "Babeș-Bolyai" University. My primary focus revolves around the areas of mobile programming, software engineering, and programming paradigms. For me, it is more than just a profession; it is a genuine passion that I bring into the academic arena.
One of the aspects that brings me immense satisfaction is guiding students through the complexities of these dynamic fields, observing their evolution from the initial developing stage to the realization of noteworthy projects. Outside the conventional classroom setting, my dedication extends to staying well-informed about the most recent developments in software development, be it web, mobile or something completely new.
In my free time, I like to do all sorts of things: watch a movie or a TV show, read a good book, spending time with my friends and family or, my newest and dearest hobby, cross-stitching.

A special new hobby...
Over the past year, I have fallen in love with cross-stitch. It is an art form that brings peace and creativity into my life. This intricate form of needlework provides a satisfying outlet for creativity and relaxation.
I have never done cross-stitch before, but it has become a joy to me. Not only does it look beautiful, but each piece I finish marks a journey marked by patience, hard work, and a love for the process. The sheer joy of witnessing each project come to life is beyond words. With the rhythm of stitching and meticulous attention to detail, cross-stitch has become a great way for me to express myself as well as a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
I highly encourage anyone with a love for details and a lot of patience to try this beautiful craft!
